Wir m\u00f6chten uns bei Ihnen, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden, f\u00fcr Ihr Vertrauen und Ihre Treue bedanken, die all dies \u00fcberhaupt erst m\u00f6glich machen !<\/p>\n<p>Soeben, am Dienstag, dem 3. Oktober, haben wir bei strahlendem Sonnenschein eine grossartige Ernte abschliessen d\u00fcrfen. Der sehr fr\u00fchreife Pinot Noir wurde zwischen dem 12. und 21. September geerntet, w\u00e4hrend die anderen Rebsorten erst gegen Ende des Monats ihre volle Reife erreichten. Die Sonne schien beinahe unbeirrt von Anfang Mai bis Oktober, die Reaktion der Reben ist schlicht spektakul\u00e4r! Die Ernte 2023 ist von \u00fcberragender Qualit\u00e4t und verspricht ein aussergew\u00f6hnlicher Jahrgang zu werden. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, Ihnen diese Weine kredenzen zu d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entdecken Sie unseren Pinot Noir\u00a0\u00abLa Gavotte\u00bb\u00a02020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drei Jahre lang ist dieser Wein in unserem Keller gereift, ein Jahr davon in F\u00e4ssern aus Eichenholz. Jetzt spiegelt\u00a0\u00abLa Gavotte\u00bb\u00a0die ganze F\u00fclle des Jahrgangs 2020 wider. Die Trauben erreichten eine auf diesem Terroir seltene Konzentration.<\/p>\n<p>In der Nase harmonieren Sauerkirschen mit Weide und Brombeeren. Im Gaumen gesellt sich zur F\u00fclle eine auffallende Frische. Der Abgang ist lang, gepr\u00e4gt von sensationellen, leicht kalkhaltigen Tanninen &#8211;\u00a0 eine besondere Note, welche dieser Pinot Noir aus der Bodenstruktur der Parzelle gewonnen hat.
